Fax Broadcast

Mailing
We print the target recipients' addresses onto labels, supply DL size plain white stamped envelopes, fold the letters into DL, insert, batch and mail them.

1. Client to supply pre-printed A4 size letters/material to our mailing house in Cape Town. If your requirements differ please contact us for a quote. We can also print your material for you.
2. Charged at post office rates. Prepayment of postage amount required prior to mailing.
Example: You want to mail your marketing material to all the cardiologists and anaesthetists in the Western Cape. We'll save you the hassle and time of doing it yourself with our complete fulfillment service. Say there were 1,000 cardiologists and anaesthetists, then this would cost R4,620.00.

Healthcare Professionals/Organisations List
We provide you with a targeted list of professionals/organisations, by either name and postal address, or name and physical address. You can optionally include their telephone number. This list can be used for your mailing or telephone campaigns, or for your reps to call on these doctors/organisations.

1. Postal address rental is for one time use of the data. I.e. you can use it for one mailing campaign, there after you need to rent it again.
2. On renting physical address data, you can use it as many times as you wish.
3. Telephone data can be bought in conjunction with either postal address data or physical address data. Telephone data cannot be purchased without postal/physical address data.
Example: You want your Gauteng reps to call on all the general practitioners and paediatricians in the West Rand. You require a list containing names, physical addresses and telephone numbers (so your reps can phone to set up appointments). Say there were 1,000 general practitioners and paediatricians, then this list would cost R2,230.00.
